Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
Gracie Barra Whittier ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to people who sign up for our programs.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information you give us through forms on this site — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Communications — messages you send through our forms and conversations with our AI chat assistant, which is powered by GoHighLevel.
- Analytics data — standard web traffic information such as page views, clicks, device type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics 4.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to your questions and confirm your free trial.
- To schedule and remind you about your classes.
- To send occasional marketing emails about programs, events, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve the website and understand how visitors use it.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a small set of trusted services to run this site and contact you. Each has its own privacy policy.
- GoHighLevel — powers our contact forms, CRM, scheduling, AI chat, and email/SMS messaging.
- Google Analytics — helps us measure traffic and improve the site.
- Google Maps — displays our studio location.
4. SMS Consent
If you opt in via our forms, you may receive text messages from us about your trial, scheduling, and class reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email or in-person communication.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions.
- Right to opt out of "sale" of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@gbwhittier.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
6. Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, mostly for Google Analytics and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some site features but will not block the rest of the site.
7. Data Retention
We keep contact and trial information for as long as you are an active student or prospective student, plus a reasonable period for legal, accounting, and follow-up purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the email above.
8. Children's Privacy
We offer programs for kids ages 3 and up. For students under 13, a parent or legal guardian provides their child's information on the child's behalf when signing up. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information without a parent's consent, please contact us and we will remove it.
